Job Title Product Manager (IT ) / Job Category Technical Pre-sales

Job Description

1. Cooperate with the account team members on the competitive strategy,
business plan and action plan for Cloud Data Center Solutions sales in the
region,.
2. Act as a technical consultant for customer, provide network design &
planning proposal in the field of Cloud Data Center solution.
3. Able to manage Cloud Data Center pre-sales activities including but
not restraint to SOC preparation for RFI & RFQ & RFP, network solution
design, technical clarification, BOQ discussion & finalization, etc.
4. Manage marketing and promotion activities of Cloud Data Center
solutions, able to prepare and deliver technical presentations and
demonstrations to customers.
5. Good communication and co-ordination skills with customer as well as
other departments.
6. Interface directly with prospective and current customers to
effectively promote the solution/product and identify customer requirements.
7. Analyze and trace development of the regional telecom market as well
as the responsible account, output market strategy and promotion plan.
8. Supporting field/customer requests for product support and problem
resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer or other
IT related field of study;
2. Minimum 3 years work experience in IT, candidates with technical
sales experiences are preferred;
3. Candidates familiar with enterprise network market, and of IT
integration and/or IT service experience are preferred;
4. Candidates familiar with one or more industries of government,
internet, Online Games, e-commerce, e-media, etc. are preferred;
5. Candidates familiar with one or more fields of network integration,
Data Center, Cloud Computing and Cloud Storage, IDC, ISP, machine room
integration, CDN, IPTV, On-line Video, and of related work experience are
preferred;
6. Candidates familiar with telecommunication industry and of telco IT
infrastructure experiences are preferred;
7. Strong presentation skills to ensure customer full
awareness of Huawei products solutions and capabilities, excellent
interpersonal and leadership skills with a strategic mind and the ability to
manage.
8. Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented. With project
management experiences, be of good communication skills and team work
spirit, willing to undertake challenging jobs
9. Fluent in listening and spoken English; adapt to frequent global
business trips.

Position description:

1. Responsible for server and storage solution expansion ,provide the configuration and quotation for server and storage solutionï¼›competitor analysisï¼›written develop instructions.

2. Responsible for the server data storage solutions and market development, technical communication, project development, bid support.

3. Responsible for expanding the distribution channels of server and storage products.

Position requirement:

1. Bachelor degree, 3 years work experience , know well about server and storage product structure ,Know the basic enterprise networks,Know the database and middleware application.

2. Know well about the various’ brands of servers and storage products in the industry.

3. Know the special industry requirements of the storage and servers at least.

4. The people who has internet application 、high performance computing

5. Experience is preferred.

6. Know the requirements of different kinds of database and middleware to server.

7. The people who has experiences in data disaster recovery and centralized backup is preferred.

8. The people from some position is preferred ,such as :product manager from IBM、HP、SUN、EMC、NETAPP、lENOVO 、INSPUR、SUGON、POWERLEADER ,the technical manager from the related SI ,the product trader from agents.

9. Good communication skills with people

3、Master sales ordering process and commercial management knowledge, receivables recovery, financing, organizational operations, and bidding etc

4、Familiar with current situations of company, product development strategy and service knowledge

Skills:

1、Ability to lead the product and networks’s optimizing, explore the opportunities, recommend the solutions, make the regional product competitive strategy and carry out sales portfolio

2、Ability to plan, organize, implement, inspect and follow up the marketing working ability of the key customer account

3、Ability to co-ordinate the delivery resources and successfully implement delivery project at representative level
