Job Description
1. Establishing & maintaining close relation with customers' organization and helping local sales team to find customer needs and business opportunities.
2. Be responsible for overall presales & technical marketing for CORE Network (NGN, IMS, CS) product line within regions.
3. Providing enough support to ensure that customer´s technical queries and matters of concern can be resolved in a timely manner.
4. Preparing CORE Network (NGN, IMS, CS) solution proposals (RFP answering) and and improvement for the customer's network.
5. Providing enough support to assure that offers and commitments to the market are in accordance with the company product marketing polices, strategies and plans.
6. Identifying telecommunication industry trends that the customer may migrate towards and keeping update on new products and product revisions.
7. Influence the customer's technical specification during the pre-tender phase and analyse market requirements.
8. Create business opportunities by understanding customer needs and ability to turn the needs to sellable solutions.
Desired Skills & Experience
1. BSc. Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
2. 5 years working experience with Core Networks (NGN, CS) and 3 years in presales support area.
3. Good technical knowledge of Softswitch and NGN technologies with ability to understand the complete network topology.
4. Knowledge on User databases and its evolution (HLR, ngHLR) will be valued.
5. Previous experience in the design, support or maintenance of NGN or CS networks will be valued.
6. Ability to interact efficiently with international customers including presentation skills, ability to listen, negotiation skills and culture awareness.
7. Team-working spirit, creativity, ability and drive to create extraordinary solutions for our customers.
8. Technical knowledge of Mobile Packet Switch technology and IMS, knowledge of Huawei Mobile Packet Switch portfolio will be valued.
9. Excelent presentation, communication skills.
10. Openness to learn and share.
11. Fluent in English.
