Position: Senior Technical service Engineer for telecommunication software
Requirement:
* College degree in telecommunication, computer science or electronic engineering
* Abundant Knowledge in one or more of the following telecommunication software product: Intelligent network, On line changing system, billing system, BSS,OSS, VAS ,SMSC,MMSC, IP Call Center, Unified Communication , Data Center etc ;
* Age from 22 to 35 years old ,At least 5 years working experience on technical service area (hands-on work)
* Fluent in English reading, speaking and writing
* Available to frequent travel inside Brazil and able to work under high pressure ;
Responsibility:
* On-site implementation - installation, configuration, testing, etc and manage relationship with engineer level customers ;
* Provide maintenance and technical support for platforms already in production ;
* Working as technical team leader leading one group for the delivery of telecommunication software project ;
* Provide technical train to clients ;

CONFIGURATION ENGINEER POSITION
- At most 2 years graduation as engineer (telecommunication,
electrical or electronic engineer) - MANDATORY;
- Knowledge in telecommunication field mainly in transmission and/or
data communication (SDH, DWDM, Radio, TCP/IP Protocol) - MANDATORY;
- Basic skill in dimensioning of equipments and solution (network
design) - DESIRABLE;
- Basic skill in proposal organization and document elaboration
(technical description, point-to-point answer and so on) - DESIRABLE;
- Fluency in English - MANDATORY;
- The candidate should be pro-active, dynamic with good

You will be engaged on projects which commonly involve in multi telecomm
network projects, acting as a configuration and network design for the
pre-sale phase:
1) Prepare the Bill of Quantities and Configuration of the equipment for
the Customers
2) Involvement during the solution design, answer of Customers
Requirement¡¯s (RFP, RFI and RFQ¡¯s) .
3) Responsible to drive the development of a solution, proposal, and
associated deliverables that satisfy the customer's business and technical
requirements.
4) Understand well the key requirements from customer, to make
reasonable solution strategy which would make the response the most
competitive and profitable.
l Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or higher in telecommunications, computer or
electronics.
2) Good understanding one of the state-of-the-art telecom networks such
as mobile network, fixed network or optical network.

PLANNING AND CONTROL MANAGER (PCM)
PROFILE
Successful candidates need to have strong Project Management leadership at least in one of the technologies GSM, UMTS, CDMA, SDH, PDH, DWDM or Microwave. Should be able to work with internal departments to encourage completion of work, and find creative solutions for problems. Strong computer skills required and fluency in English.
RESPONSIBILITY
· Be part of project management team for large scale Telecommunications projects.
· Responsible for the project master plan and support plan.
· Consolidates the rollouts, and support the material forecast.
· Control and evaluate project progress and cost
· Contribute to provide project management consultation and training to project staff members.
· Perform regular meetings with customers and internal staff.
· Perform project reports to the management.
· Identify and analyze the risk/problem in project implementation, find the cause, develop the appropriate solution to avoid the risk/problem happen again.
· Take goals and prioritizations.
· Attend meetings, conference calls and professionally provide status update.
· Primary point of contact into the deployment tracking process, working closely with the implementation team.
· Work with Project Manager on development processes and documentation for improvement and standardization of deployment activities;
BASIC REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor degree /or above, in Engineering ,Telecom or equivalent, MBA in Project Management or PMP, Engineering with Project Management background or equivalent;
· Extensive client and project management experience in Telecom industry (wireless or transmission background preferable).
· Minimum of 3 years project management experience is required;
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
· Proficiency in English;
· Flexible for Traveling (in Brazil)
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project;
· Individual must be detail-oriented and self-motivated;
· Flexible person with the ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to changing environments;
· Self starter. Able to work independently, with minimal guidance or assistance;
· Ability to work directly and remotely with cross functional teams;
· Effective negotiation skills, communications, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
· Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment.
· Used to work in aggressive telecommunications industries.
· Capable to work under pressure.
