Position: Senior Solution Manager / Solution Manager

Keyword: development of integrative network solutions; network planning;
business planning; consultation on network development strategies;

Location: Brazil (Rio de Janeiro)

Department: Global Customer Solution Development Department

Job Description

1. Provides integrated network development and business operation solutions
to different telecom carriers (fixed network/mobile network/integrated)
around the world, including network planning, business planning and
consultation on network development strategies;

2. Provides solution marketing targeted at top decision-makers, to steer and
realize combined sales of multiple products.

3. The position holder should master the current situation and development
knowledge of modern communication technologies, and understand the
development trends of telecom technology in one domain.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor degree in telecommunication, electronics, computer or
other relevant disciplines;

2. Over 5 years of working experience in telecommunication-related
industries; relevant working experience with
manufacturers/carriers/consultation companies is an added advantage;

3. Excellent communication skills, primarily in English, both verbal and in
writing;

4. Highly result-oriented; International travel required.

5. Be familiar with the evolvement patterns of the telecom network, the
development trend of specific products, market space, market opportunities,
typical application, guidelines, competition strategies, features of
competitors' products, and competitors' competition strategies in one
domain. He should also be familiar with the planning and optimization of
telecom networks in one domain.

6. Be familiar with market analysis, good knowledge of regional telecom
situation; be able to establish the solution marketing strategy and plan in
one domain based on the good understanding of regional telecom developing
trend in one domain.

7. Be familiar with network planning, service planning, financial analysis
(TCO, ROI etc.) and business consulting etc. solution market tools in one
domain.

8. Capability for travel in Brazil and Latin American frequently.

IPCC Channel Manager

Responsibilities:

Partnership development for IPCC products.

Opportunity management among partners.

Help to AM (Account Manager) manage relationship with partners.
Responsible for marketing activities of IP Call Center, Unified
Communication or Data Center products
Conducting market research and analyzing current market;
Creating brand strategy;
Organizing channel activities such as: seminars, promotion and advertising
activities, training, etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineer or
related field of studies; MBA is preferred

Basic knowledge about IP Call Center, Unified Communication or Data Center
products

At least 2 years working experience in channel management or related

Familiar with one of the following Channel Sales products: Storage, Network
Security and Data communication;

Knowledge about channel sales and channel management

Ability to develop

Experience and skills to develop sales channels and manager partners

Experience with Datacom Technologies

Experience in the IT and Government market

Familiar with Banks, Datacenter, Government

It's better that if he has more working experiences in such competitors as
EMC, IBM, HP, CISCO, JUNIPER, 3Com, Checkpoint, Macafee, Extreme etc;

Large Experience with international companies
People with positive attitude, motivation, team builder

Be energetic and able to work independently;
Results oriented, excellent presentation skills, strong negotiation skills;

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate a multicultural team

Ability to communicate in English

Available to frequent travel inside Brazil
