Position Responsability:
* Management of projects by establishing the Project team and implementing
Telecom network projects in Brazil.
* Overall project management including client relationship and vendor
management, and managing the project Schedule, Budget and Quality.
* End-to-end management of projects including all aspects of Project
Control, and final delivery of projects meeting customer expectations of
Time, Quality and within Budget.
* Strategic management of Human Resources.
* Effective management including project payments and invoicing; project
receivables and billings
* As the lead, and in the capacity of Senior Project Manager, Work
collaboratively with Account Manager and Marketing Management to develop
strategies and specific approaches to be able to indentify sales
opportunities during project implementation.
Requeriments
* MBA / Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent;
* Extensive project management experience in the industry. A minimum of 5
years project management experience would be desirable.
* Full Knowledge and experience in the application of Professional project
management methodologies is essential.
* Effective negotiating Skills
* An international professional recognized PM certificate, such as PMI,
would be desirable, but not mandatory
* Excellent management and budget control skills
* Good Client management and Relationship Management Skills

SPARE PARTS MANAGER
1) Base on overseas service strategy and plan of GTS, trace the best spare parts management model, such as Multi-vendor spare parts management service, establish and improve the spare business process, organize, guide and supervise spare parts business performance and business goal.
2) Set up the multi-vendor spare parts delivery platform, such as flow and operation guide,
3) Take charge of the multi-vendor spare parts delivery performance and promote the customer's satisfaction.
4) Be in charge of spare parts management service SPMS) presale, such as SPMS sale expansion, bidding etc.
5) University degree and good telecommunication knowledge,

Consultation of BSS or Service Operation
Basic Requirements:
1. familiarize BSS consult or Service Operation consult.
2. Has good relationship with high level (e.g. CMO, CTO, or director) of
operator, and directly contact with them for project opportunity.
3. Management capability of consultation team
4. engage BSS or Service Operation consultation at last 6~8 years.
BSS (Business Support System): including billing system, CRM (customer
relationship management), charging etc.
Service operation: how to operate a value added service( e.g. short
message, voice mail etc.)
We would like to expand the conditions of position, as following:
1. Background of Value Added Services or Software (e.g. SMS, MMS, Prepaid,
Voice mail etc.)
2. Good relationship with high level of operators (such as VIVO, OI, Claro
etc.)
