- Necessário formação superior completa em Engenharia Elétrica com foco em
telecom;

- experiência de pelo menos 2 anos na área de compras de insumos para
projetos em telecomunicações como cabos, conectores, placas.

- Negociação comercial com fornecedores de serviços e materiais de
telecomunicações, cabeamento e de tecnologia da informação, acompanhamento
de instalação e controle da capacidade de equipamentos de telecomunicações

- Forte experiência em Compras, processos administrativos, bem como toda
rotina da área;

- Ter atuado na área de compras em empresas de Telecomunicações, de
preferência Fabricantes;

- Conhecer métodos e processos relacionados a Projetos de Telecom;

- experiência na contratação de serviços para execução de projetos, bem como
a compra de insumos.

1- Vai trabalhar no PQD (Procurement Qualification Department) no RIO DE
JANEIRO e fará gerenciamento de fornecedores e contato direto com a Gerência

2- Deve ter disponibilidade para viagens (portanto não pode estar
estudando)

3- Inglês FLUENTE é mandatório

4- Preferencialmente tenha trabalhado em Projetos que envolvam Turn Key

Service Development Manager

Overall Purpose of Job:

The Service Development Manager (SDM) is responsible for developing and executing service development programs to improve Service awareness and communication, and to ensure the successful service coverage and delivery through the Service Channel such as Distribution, Partner, Reseller, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1 - Service Channel Development:

Responsible for certifying, training and managing service capability of service channel;

Responsible for select, certify, train and manage service capability of authorized service partner;

Responsible for 100% service coverage in specified region;

2 - Service Sale Development:

Forecasting annual and quarterly service sales and make the pipeline;

Develop the service sales policy for channel and service partner;

Service marketing and consulting, collect and analyze the service commercial information of the local region and customer groups.

Achieve the service sales target;

3 - Customer Satisfaction Management:

Perform periodic visits to channel and service partner to evaluate on-going customer service needs;

maintaining a high degree of channel and customer satisfaction;

4 - Service Delivery:

Management and Performing for service support offered by Huawei Symantec for Channel;

Monitoring service quality of Channel;

Building regional service platform of Huawei Symantec Service;

Qualification and Experience

Necessary relevant channel support or IT service experience;

Bachelor´s degree in communications, computer science or equivalent;

Knowledge of Storage, Security or data communication;

Ability to work independently and to build up good customer relationship;

Excellent interpersonal and written communications and negotiation skills;

Multinational work experience is a plus; candidate should have worked in IT companies before (eg. Cisco, EMC, IBM, EDS...)

Fluent English communication skills are extremely necessary.

Channel Sales Manager

Job Summary:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you are responsible for selling Security &
Storage Products and Professional Services through Channel Partners and
directly to customers in Enterprise Organizations in an assigned geographic
area. Your ability to penetrate new divisions and organizations within your
assigned accounts, and develop new accounts is essential to your being
successful in this role. Cross-functional teams from Marketing, Systems
Engineering and Product Development functions provide support and tools for
you to leverage to attain and exceed sales performance goals.

Essential Functions:

The essential responsibilities of the Channel Sales Managers are to work
directly with customers to capture sales opportunities, and to work
effectively across functions with other company employees. Your focus is on
several identified channel partners (50%) and new Enterprise clients (50%).

- Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities
within partner organizations; penetrate new divisions and organizations
within assigned partner account; develop new selling relationships within
assigned partner account; develop new direct selling opportunities.

- Schedule and attend sales call appointments with a prospect in partner
organization. The Channel Partner Representatives may also participate in
the sales call to help qualify the opportunity.

- Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospect
and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales
presentation addressing their business needs.

- Respond to RFP's and follow up with customer.

- Develop an account management plan to sell to customer based on their
business need.

- Build and strengthen your business relationship with existing accounts or
new prospects.

- Recommend marketing strategies.

- Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline
information.

- Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.

- Identify a customer references that can be utilized when reference
selling.

- Provide mentorship and support to more junior Channel Sales Managers.


Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation
skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function
and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System
Engineering, and Product Development.

- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or
consultative sales techniques

- An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve
business problems.

- Ability to communicate with senior managers about their business
challenges and to company networking, security & storage solutions.

- Experience using contact management software.

- Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple
years.

Responsibility:

- As a seasoned professional with a wide range of experiences, this
individual uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve
complex issues in creative and effective ways.

- Is responsible for a specific geographical install base and large,
complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts.

Interaction:

- This individual effectively works with, and influences senior internal
personnel within the function, employees in other functions that support the
sales effort, and has direct customer contact.

- Limited management supervision and direction is provided since this
individual operates and drives results independently.

- The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert and strongly influences
sales team decisions and initiatives. May also act as a team leader and
major decision maker for team projects.

Education and Experience:

- 8 to 12 years of experience is preferred.

- A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree; or related field is preferred.

- Experience which demonstrates a strong level of expertise in technical
specifications required to sell networking, security or Storage products and
services is required.
