*Conhecimentos:*
- Criação de regras de correlação de alarmes entre plataformas de Telecom e
sistemas de gestão.
- Automação de tarefas administrativas e publicação de relatórios.
- Expertise em sistemas de OSS, principalmente Cisco ANA, NetBOSS e NetCool.
- Conhecimentos em scripts de programação (perl, csh, bsh, ksh, transact
sql, etc).
- Operação de plataformas Unix/Linux e de banco de dados Oracle e SQL.
- Desenvolvimento de documentos e procedimentos associados a plataforma OSS.
- Realização de atividades de aceitação e troubleshooting ligadas a
plataforma OSS.
*Formação Acadêmica:
*- Superior Completo - Engenheiro ou Tecnólogo em Telecom.
*Perfil:
*- Pró-ativo, organizado e criativo.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em ambiente dinâmico, de alta pressão diária.

2ã€Understand evolution trend of networks, Familiar with development trend of core products, product features(technology, service), selling point of products, market for products, product orienting logic, competition strategies, advantages of typical solutions(idea of combination network), sample recommendation and advantages and disadvantages of products of competitors.
3ã€Master sales ordering process and commercial management knowledge, receivables recovery, financing, organizational operations, and bidding etc
4ã€Familiar with current situations of company, product development strategy and service knowledge
Skills:
1ã€Ability to lead the product and networks’s optimizing, explore the opportunities, recommend the solutions, make the regional product competitive strategy and carry out sales portfolio
2ã€Ability to plan, organize, implement, inspect and follow up the marketing working ability of the key customer account

Project Manager
Responsibilities:
· Role within the CALA Professional Services Regional team. Working
with project delivery in the region.
· Provides active leadership to the project team in complex projects
generally involving more than one Company product.
· Communicates with external clients to determine specific
requirements and expectations; manage client expectations. When necessary
perform timely escalation.
· Creates and manages estimates, work tasks, project plan, project
