Following is the requirements:
WIRELESS ENGINEER
Job Description
Purpose & Main Responsibility:
This job of GSM/UMTS Support Engineer in 2G/3G wireless area will involve:
1. Provide daily support to 2G/3G Implementation & Support towards Market
Unit / Regional groups.
2. Participate in 2G/3G trouble shooting, remote / on-site support and
emergency recovery activities.
3. Integration and verification support for 2G/3G Projects.
4. Involve in the System / Function Verification and support activities.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have the following qualification, skills and/or
experiences:
1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering -
Essential.
2. At least 2 years experience in wireless area (RNC, BSC, BTS, NodeB) -
Desirable.
3. Good knowledge of Radio network - Essential.
4. Familiar to the Radio Access Network Support & Supply activities -
Desirable.
5. Familiar to 3GPP Standard. - Preferable.
6. Good knowledge of Radio Signaling - Preferable.
7. Work well under high pressure; willing to travel on short notice.
8. Flexible, showing initiative, perseverance and have good communication &
co-operation skills.
9. Strong team-work, and willing to take challenge.
10. Good command of English (oral and written).

Region Account Service Director
Working place: Campinas / São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro
Salary range: from 12 to 16k (aprox.)
The purpose of position is to win sales order for services.
o Professional Service Business Plan based on Market trends and Information analysis
o Manage and take part the operation from Leads to Contract (Professional service)
o Manage Service Brand promotion operation and Service customer relationship
Experience and skill requirement:
· 5 years sales operation experience in telecommunication sector;
· Experience of management of multi region organization
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills (English and Portuguese), is able to communicate with senior management level
· Experience Project Management (PMP, MBA be preference);
