Job Description

1. Provides integrated network development and business operation solutions
to different telecom carriers (fixed network/mobile network/integrated)
around the world, including network planning, business planning and
consultation on network development strategies;

2. Provides solution marketing targeted at top decision-makers, to steer and
realize combined sales of multiple products.

3. The position holder should master the current situation and development
knowledge of modern communication technologies, and understand the
development trends of telecom technology in one domain.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor degree in telecommunication, electronics, computer or
other relevant disciplines;

2. Over 5 years of working experience in telecommunication-related
industries; relevant working experience with
manufacturers/carriers/consultation companies is an added advantage;

3. Excellent communication skills, primarily in English, both verbal and in

5. Be familiar with the evolvement patterns of the telecom network, the

6. Be familiar with market analysis, good knowledge of regional telecom
situation; be able to establish the solution marketing strategy and plan in
one domain based on the good understanding of regional telecom developing
trend in one domain.

7. Be familiar with network planning, service planning, financial analysis
(TCO, ROI etc.) and business consulting etc. solution market tools in one
domain.

8. Capability for travel in Brazil and Latin American frequently.

Description

1. Establishing & maintaining close relation with customers'
organization and helping local sales team to find customer needs and

2. Be responsible for overall presales & technical marketing for Mobile
core product(GSM/UMTS) within regions

3. Providing enough support to ensure that technical queries and
matters of concern can be resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications

· BSc. Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication of E.E. or equivalent.

· 7 years working experience in mobile communication area and 5 years in

· Good knowledge of mobile Softswitch products and technologies GSM/WCDMA
with ability to develop into network level

· Good Knowledge on User databases and its evolution (HLR, ngHLR)

· Previous experience in the design, support or maintenance of MSC/HLR/PS
networks will be valued

· Ability to interact efficiently with international customers including
presentation skills, ability to listen, negotiation skills and culture
awareness

· Team-working spirit, creativity, ability and drive to create
extraordinary solutions for our customers.

· Good technical knowledge of Mobile Packet Switch technology, knowledge of

PROFILE

Successful candidates need to have strong Project Management leadership at least in one of the technologies GSM, UMTS, CDMA, SDH, PDH, DWDM or Microwave. Should be able to work with internal departments to encourage completion of work, and find creative solutions for problems. Strong computer skills required and fluency in English.

RESPONSIBILITY

· Be part of project management team for large scale Telecommunications projects.

· Responsible for the project master plan and support plan.

· Consolidates the rollouts, and support the material forecast.

· Control and evaluate project progress and cost

· Contribute to provide project management consultation and training to project staff members.

· Perform regular meetings with customers and internal staff.

· Perform project reports to the management.

· Identify and analyze the risk/problem in project implementation, find the cause, develop the appropriate solution to avoid the risk/problem happen again.

· Take goals and prioritizations.

· Attend meetings, conference calls and professionally provide status update.

· Primary point of contact into the deployment tracking process, working closely with the implementation team.

· Work with Project Manager on development processes and documentation for improvement and standardization of deployment activities;

BASIC REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor degree /or above, in Engineering ,Telecom or equivalent, MBA in Project Management or PMP, Engineering with Project Management background or equivalent;

· Extensive client and project management experience in Telecom industry (wireless or transmission background preferable).

· Minimum of 3 years project management experience is required;

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills;

· Proficiency in English;

· Flexible for Traveling (in Brazil)

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project;

· Individual must be detail-oriented and self-motivated;

· Flexible person with the ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to changing environments;

· Self starter. Able to work independently, with minimal guidance or assistance;

· Ability to work directly and remotely with cross functional teams;

· Effective negotiation skills, communications, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;

· Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment.

· Used to work in aggressive telecommunications industries.

· Capable to work under pressure.
