1 - NetWork Design & Optimization Engineer PS Core
Tasks:
• Performs design and performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan and in project managers guidance
• Provides support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in his field of expertise
• Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness
• Reports the progress of his/her work to project management / line management
Typical tasks
• Works typically on one or alternatively in two technology areas
• Efficient utilization of design and measurement tools, including internal and external troubleshooting tools
• Network Dimensioning for sales
• Network design
• Field Measurements and laboratory tests
• Network and/or service optimization.

Tasks:
•Assist in first level technical support for customer queries.
• SW (or HW) maintenance activities: installation & test of technical/change notes /change deliveries.
• Assist in complex technical activities, such as SW upgrades and technical audits on site.
• Review or participate in basic HW/SE installation and commissioning on request.
• Participate in network operation service where applicable.
• Assist on installation and/or commissioning and/or integration activities.
• Assist on network expansion activities.
• Assist on technical/customer acceptance testing.
• Assist on parametering in the network elements' subsystems (understands KPI and the impact on the system performance).
• Participate multivendor and 3rd party activities (installation, integration, interface troubleshooting)

10 - PROJECT MANAGER
Tasks:
- To manage medium to large projects of different project types and/or simultaneously multiple small to medium projects of comparable total volume / risk in the context of NSN-specific requirements.
- Preparing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing the project or subproject according to contractual scope and commitment against project budget.
- Overall responsibility of implementation of services in delivery scope and final acceptance.
- Monitor scope, implement change control process and handle change management, ensure customer acceptance for the system or service
- Planning, booking and managing resources within the project, organize and lead the project team
- Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication within the customer and project teams
- Identify, analyze risks, plan and implement risk response actions
Requirements:
- Experience in leading a project,
- Project Management training,
- Fluent in verbal and written English,
- Strong preference for local language capabilities.
