Strong expeience in Transmission projects
Represent the customer within Ericsson and its channel access for all other areas;
Influence the good relationship with the client forming an environment of trust and seeking to circumvent possible conflicts;
Act in the best way to influence decision making by the client;
Follow up the objectives of the contract and the account as a whole;
Responsible and "sponsor" of the projects and sub-projects;
Responsible for budget of the contract;
Responsible for ensuring that the projects are being implemented inside of the stated period and target waked up contractually;
Responsible for customer satisfaction and profitability of the contract, ensuring continuity of business.
Bachelor Degree
Experience managing projects in telecommunication
Be pro-active, creative and innovative matching the customer needs with solutions and processes of Ericsson;
Fluent English and basic Spanish;
Solid profile of leadership teams.
